Position Summary: As a Supply Chain Operations Intern, you will actively contribute to the success of a dynamic, multi-million-dollar distribution center. During this 12-week summer program, you will become a key member of our Distribution Operations team and enjoy a rich experience filled with on-the-job training, project management opportunities, and mentorship from experienced leaders. Throughout this internship, you will have the exciting opportunity to: Learn from and shadow industry leaders. Explore the complete lifecycle of our distribution model. Engage in and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Collaborate and share insights with business partners and leadership. Take an active role in advising specific functions within the Distribution Center. You will also lead a process improvement project that supports a significant organizational initiative and present your findings to the US executive leadership team at the end of the program. Position Responsibilities: Gain hands-on experience across all functions of the distribution center, including: Warehouse operations Transportation Customer Service and Field Service Inventory management Human Resources Serve as the lead on specific projects. Participate in training activities and developmental events for interns. Develop business acumen by understanding all business areas. Complete business-specific projects and tasks in a timely manner. Undertake additional projects or duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree currently in progress, and 0-1 year of general work experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; the Company does not sponsor applicants for work visas.
