Join our dynamic team as a Manager of Operational Excellence, where you will take charge of our Lean & Six Sigma training, projects, and implementation. Your expertise in Lean and Six Sigma processes within a manufacturing environment will be essential for our mission to lead in solar energy production. Key Responsibilities: Engage in the Long-Term and Mid-Term Strategy Deployment processes, contributing your knowledge and experience. Facilitate and support the Annual Hoshin Planning processes to align goals and initiatives. Lead Value Stream Mapping and Value Chain Mapping events to identify opportunities for improvement. Work collaboratively with diverse departments to plan and prioritize Lean and Six Sigma projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Design and manage comprehensive Lean & Six Sigma training plans to bolster project execution and team capabilities. Guide high-impact Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt projects, directing efforts with a potential impact of $500K+ per project. Drive the deployment of our Production System, enhancing operational efficiency. Promote KPIs and performance goals through effective cross-functional collaboration. Participate in the company's Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt training and achieve certification within designated timelines. Develop training materials for various Belt levels and conduct courses to elevate team expertise. Establish and execute the Lean & Six Sigma Program maturity growth roadmap. Benchmark industry standards to continuously improve the effectiveness of our Lean & Six Sigma initiatives. Define and monitor program KPIs, goals, and metrics to track success. Coach and mentor team members in Lean & Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring project closure and certification achievement. Support various teams in analyzing and improving operational processes through actionable insights. Engage in benchmarking efforts to identify best practices and enhance our Lean & Six Sigma processes. Collaborate with IT to create automated dashboards that track program metrics, project status, and training certification. Manage financial targets for Lean & Six Sigma projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Contribute to Continuous Improvement and Quality Summits, exchanging knowledge and insights. Qualifications: Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field (Engineering is advantageous). A minimum of 7 years of experience in Process Improvement, Quality, or Operational Excellence. At least 5 years in a recognized organization with a strong Lean & Six Sigma culture. 3 years of experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects. Willingness to travel up to 40% as required. Proven ability to deliver results in a matrix management environment. Strong proficiency in Minitab, with the capability to teach others. Lean Certification and Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred. PMP or PRINCE2.0 certification is a plus. Compensation: Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, with potential for an annual bonus of 8-10%.
