Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across diverse patient populations Document patient progress and maintain detailed clinical records Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members Participate in care planning meetings and clinical documentation Mentor and supervise physical therapy aides Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements Required Qualifications:
Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current New York State Physical Therapy license Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities EMR proficiency Preferred Qualifications:
