Darley Dental Care is hiring: Dental Assistant in Town of Florida

Overview

We are a small general dental practice and we work 34 hours per week, Monday - Thursday. We have paid holidays, paid vacation and a bonus system. We are very friendly and have an excellent team that works very well together! Our small private practice in Altamonte Springs is looking for a friendly Dental Assistant with great customer service. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, a hard worker, someone who is willing/eager to learn, and someone who goes above and beyond for our patient\'s needs.

Responsibilities

• Take x-rays, sterilization, taking impressions, placing cord, making temporary crowns
• Scanning using the Itero Lumina
• Setting up and breaking down the operatories
• Assist the doctor with all procedures, and occasionally assist hygiene
• Make patients feel comfortable and go above and beyond to improve their experience

Qualifications

• Experience: Dental assisting: 2 years (Preferred)
• License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
• EFDA Certification (Preferred)
• Work Location: One location

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
• Benefits: 401(k), Dental insurance, Paid time off
• Schedule: Mon & Thu 7am-3pm; Tue & Wed 8am-5pm
• Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay monthly
