We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

to join the

Urgent Care team

at a highly respected, mission-driven community health organization located in

Madera, CA . This is a full-time position focused on delivering comprehensive same-day care to patients in need of timely, non-emergency treatment.

Position Overview:

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Setting:

Full-scope

Urgent Care

within a busy outpatient facility

Patient Volume:

Moderate pace designed to support high-quality care

Typical Cases Include:

Cuts, bites, scrapes

Minor burns

Sprains and strains

Back pain

Respiratory infections (colds, flus, sinusitis)

Skin rashes and irritation

Ear infections, stomach upset, heartburn

Diarrhea, dehydration, minor acute illnesses

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

$140,000 – $145,000 annually, based on experience

Vacation:

15 working days (3 weeks) annually, increasing to 4 weeks after 3 years of service

Accrual per organizational policy with payout of unused vacation upon separation

Sick Leave:

Per full-time provider policy

Paid Holidays:

As outlined in the employee handbook

Professional Fees:

One professional membership covered

State license, DEA, and recertification fees paid

CME:

5 days of paid CME leave per year

Up to

$2,100/year

for CME-related expenses (pre-approved)

Insurance Coverage:

Medical, dental, and vision

for the provider, with family coverage available

Life insurance

and

long-term disability

provided

Enrollment required within 30 days of start date

Retirement:

403(b)

retirement plan with

100% employer match up to 5%

of annual salary

Productivity Incentive Bonus:

$10 per encounter

for patient visits exceeding 22/day

Paid quarterly (must be employed at time of payout)
