Overview
Our Overnight Grocery team works behind the scenes and plays an integral part in supporting our store’s daytime operations. As part of this team, you’ll work closely with the crew to ensure our shelves are stocked and displays are well-merchandised. If you’re a night owl who enjoys working with others to accomplish tasks within deadlines, then this position could be for you!
Responsibilities
- Provide incredible service to our customers
- Unload deliveries, stock and replenish shelves and displays, rotate product
- Maintain the overall appearance of the department and backroom

Qualifications
Collective customer service experience, internally and/or externally preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting; Experience working overnight hours; Work Environment: The physical demands of this work are classified as medium to heavy. Work includes walking, standing for up to 4 hours without a break, kneeling, squatting, frequent heavy lifting, shelving of product, repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, and reaching, including reaching and lifting above shoulder height, and climbing with the use of ladders, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers. The average weight range of items lifted is 8 – 32 pounds with a maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently. You may receive assistance with heavy items, if available. Upper extremity repetition is moderately high and trunk movement involves moderately high twisting, bending, and pivoting. May be exposed to various allergens (things that may cause an allergic reaction). The work environment is indoors with exposure to cold (33° – 55°) and freezing (-20° – 20°) temperatures. Basic tools and equipment used include milk crates, dollies, box cutter, hand/power jack, walkie reach/hi-lo, compactor, baler, and u-cart.
