As a product stocker in our Grocery Department, you will have the opportunity to work side by side with fun and energetic teammates, unload, stock and merchandise the products that provide our customers with everything they need to complete their meals and stock their homes with essentials. Responsibilities

• Provide incredible service and answer customer questions in a timely manner
• Ensure fresh and appealing aisles by keeping them clean and well-stocked
• Help to maximize sales potential through effective and proper procedures for stocking, rotating, and merchandising product, both on the sales floor and in the back rooms

Qualifications

• Collective customer service experience, internally and/or externally preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting
• Work Environment: The physical demands of this work are classified as medium to heavy. Work includes walking, standing for up to 4 hours without a break, frequent heavy lifting, shelving of product, repetitive hand and arm movements, bending and reaching (including reaching and lifting above shoulder height), and climbing with ladders, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers
• The average weight range of items lifted is 8–32 pounds with a maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently. Assistance with heavy items may be available
• Upper extremity repetition is moderate to moderately high and trunk movement involves moderate to moderately high twisting, bending, and pivoting
• May be exposed to various allergens
• The work environment is indoors
• Basic tools and equipment used include box cutter, hand/power jack, walkie reach/hi-lo, compactor, baler, and u-cart
