Responsibilities

As an Inventory Merchandiser, you will work independently and travel between locations to maintain the quality and presentation of Frito-Lay products. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving to assigned retail locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Stocking shelves, rotating products, and creating appealing product displays.
• Collaborating with Route Sales Representatives to build strong customer relationships and ensure proper product placement.
• Following a set work schedule with defined start times and accounts, with flexibility for schedule adjustments.
• Using a company-issued iPhone to review schedules, communicate with your team, and log daily activities.

Required Skills And Experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced role for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, or warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.
