Responsibilities

• Deliver and stock Frito-Lay snack products at local retailers, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and gas stations
• Operate a route delivery truck to service assigned store locations, unloading shipments accurately and promptly
• Foster strong relationships with store personnel to drive sales, optimize product placement, and implement in-store promotions
• Manage inventory levels, rotate products, and uphold merchandising standards to maintain product freshness and visibility
• Use handheld technology to process orders, track inventory, and record daily sales activity
• Complete a comprehensive 4–6 week hands-on training program focused on driving, merchandising, and sales techniques
• Flexibly adapt to cover different routes and store types to support business needs and team success

Qualifications

• Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Valid driver's license, current insurance, and ability to meet any additional licensing requirements as per state regulations
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly, with or without accommodations
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work variable schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in route sales, merchandising, or customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to grow sales and build positive relationships at the store level
