The Warehouse Associate I (Forklift Operator) plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe handling of materials within our non-durable goods manufacturing facility located in Tucker, TUCKR. This position is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of products and materials, supporting the overall supply chain operations. The role requires operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move inventory safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse. The Warehouse Associate I will collaborate closely with team members to maintain organized inventory and uphold safety standards, contributing to a smooth production process. Ultimately, this position ensures that materials are available and accessible to meet production schedules and customer demands effectively. Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid forklift operator certification or the ability to obtain certification upon hire. Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures. Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a non-durable goods manufacturing environment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software. Additional certifications related to material handling or safety training. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting. Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles. Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the facility. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists for accuracy and quality. Organize and store inventory in designated locations, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse. Prepare and stage materials for production or shipment according to company procedures and schedules. Conduct routine safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Assist with inventory counts and documentation to ensure accurate stock levels and record-keeping. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Skills
