We are happy to announce an Administrative Assistant on site position filled with many exciting opportunities. In this role, you will promote sales and client retention through excellent customer service by assisting in various special projects in the Policy Services and Customer Support departments.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls (primary person) and transfer to the appropriate person in the department or assist the client if the inquiries are not complex.
- Categorize emails in the shared Outlook inbox properly and timely.
- Review requests from the InsurLink program and set up clients for the program, and/or answer questions.
- Review PEO new cases and, if it’s a client of FCIA, assign the service person to assist.
- Download documents from various carriers’ websites and email them to FCIA for the team to address.
- Review all incoming mail and take appropriate actions with stamping and scanning as necessary.
- Process return mail by following the agency’s procedures.
- Process certificates associated with Only and Automatic.
- Quote online with various carriers and email to the assigned employee to address with the client.
- Run monthly expiration reports and add calendar appointments to each servicer’s calendar per procedures to follow up on upcoming renewals.
- Send DocuSign for Crum & Forster renewals.
- Contact current clients to follow up on paying FCIA for additional premium endorsements and audits (agency bill policies).
- Contact AFCO to request quotes to add Additional Premium associated with audits and endorsements to current contracts per procedures.
- Enter data into the FCIA system.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The Attributes We Seek: Keys to success in this position include having one (1) year of clerical or administrative experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
