Float Phlebotomist - Indianapolis Area
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Float Phlebotomist to join our team serving clinics throughout the Indianapolis area. This is a full-time, 40-hour/week position with a schedule provided 1-2 weeks in advance.
Key Responsibilities: Perform blood draws independently at assigned clinic locations (usually one site per day, occasionally two) Work with patients of all ages, providing a professional and positive experience Follow strict safety and sterilization protocols Accurately label, document, and prepare specimens for courier pickup Enter specimen data into computer systems and ensure proper billing documentation Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adequate supplies What We're Looking For:
Comfortable performing phlebotomy independently Phlebotomy certification preferred, but experienced Medical Assistants and similar backgrounds welcome High volume blood draw experience required Valid driver's license (mileage reimbursement provided when traveling between sites) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours between 6 AM and 5 PM as scheduled Why You'll Love This Role:
