Key Role

Finds possible vulnerabilities while using penetration testing tools and techniques, to ensure security of computer systems, applications, servers, and networks. Applies advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with cyber activities in a cloud environment, including AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of DoD networks and systems
• Ability to plan and perform penetration test activities on productions systems
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, IA, or IT and 5+ years of experience in Cyber, IA, or Penetration Testing, or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience in Cyber, IA, or Penetration Testing
• SANS, GIAC, or CompTIA Penetration Tester Certification
• DoD 8570 IAT or IAM level II Certification, or DoD 8140 Intermediate Certification

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with performing threat analysis
• Experience with creating pen test tools and scripts
• Experience with training and mentoring team members
• Ability to brief leadership
• Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, IA, or IT

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
