Job Opportunity: Clinic Supervisor (Drug & Alcohol Collection)
System One has partnered with a client that is in search of a Clinic Supervisor to oversee operations in an alcohol collection clinic located within a major manufacturing facility.
Role Overview:
As the Clinic Supervisor, you will manage a team of two full-time and three part-time clinic staff responsible for sample collection and documentation. This is a non-medical clinic focused solely on drug and alcohol testing procedures. You'll be responsible for scheduling, supply management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll create and manage the schedule for your team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support clinic staff across multiple shifts.
Create and adjust employee schedules as needed.
Ensure proper documentation and data entry for all collections.
Maintain inventory and restock supplies.
Uphold compliance with collection protocols and confidentiality standards.
Serve as the point of contact for operational issues and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a clinic or collection setting preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Comfortable with basic computer tasks and data entry.
Ability to lift boxes of supplies occasionally.
