Our client is seeking a capable and motivated Small Animal Medical Director Veterinarian to join their team in Chino Hills. This hospital has been recently renovated and features spacious exam rooms, a dedicated treatment area, and a modern surgical suite, all supported by an in-house laboratory and diagnostic equipment. Alongside managing a varied caseload, the Medical Director will oversee hospital protocols, mentor associates, and guide the team to deliver the highest standards of veterinary medicine.
Qualifications Needed:
DVM or equivalent with an active California license 3+ years of clinical experience in small animal medicine Proven leadership or management background preferred Strong communication and client relationship skills Commitment to professional growth and development Package:
Base salary starting from $160,000-$180,000 DOE Lucrative production plan with no deficit carryover Bi-weekly Medical Director stipend provided Generous sign-on bonus available for successful hire Relocation allowance to support your move Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays included Annual CE allowance with additional CE leave Full reimbursement of professional dues and license fees
