Join us in powering a future resonating with Central Moloney's strength. Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality standards for existing and new products and processes. Partners with Sales to address customer quality issues by participating is customer meetings, calls and other situations as needed. Lead the development and execution of root cause analysis for customer quality issues and complaints. Lead the development and execution of continuous improvement with operations to address customer quality issues/complaints. Develop and analyze quality data/metrics to recommend improvements to operations in the manufacturing process to drive down the cost of quality. Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of production process improvements related to the quality improvements. Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues. Oversee the documentation and record-keeping process to track and report on quality metrics. Stay current with industry best practices, technological advancements, and emerging trends in quality management. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in customer quality management, focusing on ISO standards and Quality GMS. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field experience. Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, statistical process control, and Six Sigma principles. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving quality objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency with precision measuring tools. Experience with transformer manufacturing or a related industry is a plus.
