Robotic Operations Specialist As a Robotic Operations Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for customers, responsible for the maintenance and installation of innovative robotic solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to significantly contribute to the functionality and effectiveness of our rapidly expanding range of robots deployed in logistics warehouses across the United States. Proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous, enhancing communication with our diverse warehouse teams. Key Responsibilities: Operate a class C Mobile Robot that unloads trucks efficiently. Install and deploy advanced automation solutions, including industrial robot arms, software applications, and auxiliary hardware. Provide exceptional on-call technical support to customers after deployment. Conduct on-site integration and testing activities for robotic systems. Serve as the primary field contact for customers, explaining intricate issues and processes in clear terms while employing customer service strategies to address and resolve concerns. Implement field retrofits and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to troubleshoot any field-related issues. Communicate written updates to describe observed issues and bugs in the field, along with potential resolutions. Partner with fellow Field Technicians and Deployment Engineers to ensure successful installations at customer sites. Position Requirements: Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical systems (preferably in robotics, though experience in Automotive, Construction, Manufacturing, or Aerospace sectors is welcomed). Familiarity with both Linux and Windows operating systems, including GUI and CLI environments. Basic knowledge of wiring and electronics (including using multimeters and oscilloscopes). High School diploma or equivalent is required. Strict adherence to safety protocols, including Lock-Out-Tag-Out procedures. Willingness to work in various environments, including extreme temperatures, as warehouses are often not climate controlled. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and documentation. General working knowledge of networking concepts (such as IP addresses and DNS servers). Experience in reading and interpreting debug machine output and logs. Previous exposure to field services or deployment roles is a plus. Fluency in Spanish is especially valuable. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as required.
