Job Title: HVAC/R Service Technician – Southern California

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced HVAC/R Service Technicians to perform maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. This role offers hands-on work, problem-solving opportunities, and the chance to work independently in the field.

Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and comprehensive system upkeep.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment across multiple makes and models.
• Execute skilled repairs and component replacements.
• Respond to emergency and service maintenance requests.
• Follow all safety policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC/R or related fields.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs., overhead work, and crawling/squatting.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• EPA Universal Certification (Required).
• NATE Core or other NATE Certifications preferred.

Preferred Experience

• HVAC/R: 3 years
• Refrigeration: 1 year
