C.H. Thompson is currently seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Production Flow Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical to keeping our production floor moving efficiently and on schedule. As the right hand to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for coordinating daily production schedules, supporting throughput, and resolving roadblocks.

Position Overview

Distribute daily production schedules and ensure each department is aligned and executing tasks on time

Monitor job flow throughout the facility and escalate any delays, roadblocks, or bottlenecks to the Director of Operations

Act as a liaison between departments, leadership, and customer service-answering job status questions and ensuring timely communication

Assist with racking, prepping, inspecting, and material handling to support throughput

Resolve paperwork issues and ensure accurate job documentation

Ensure employees are following all established processes, procedures, and company policies

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment

Serve as a go-to resource for employees on the floor; answer questions and provide direction as needed

Support process improvements and help identify areas of operational inefficiency

Provide backup coverage as needed (e.g., production scheduling and customer service during staff PTO)

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Comfortable working on the production floor and taking a hands-on approach

Ability to lead by example and hold team members accountable

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Total Compensation Package:

Wage

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Compensation depends on the selected candidate's experience.
