Senior Full Stack Engineer

About your role:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be a valuable technical resource designing and developing enterprise UI solutions. You will work with Solution Architects within Fiserv's Merchant reporting team, working on innovative solutions for merchants. You will have an opportunity to work effectively on complex projects independently and within a collaborative environment across but no limited to reporting, gift cards, recurring payments and FX. You will research and suggest modern ways of development using latest UI/UX technologies. You will also work with product managers and other engineers to design and implement new features on the platform.

What you'll do:

Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular on the frontend and Java on the backend

Participate in the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.

Be available and provide support during end-of-sprint releases, ensuring smooth deployment and resolving any last-minute issues

Experience you'll need to have:

6+ years of experience in software development

4+ years of experience developing enterprise-grade software applications, with a strong focus on Java, Angular, and AWS within the Spring framework.

Experience in frontend frameworks like Angular(v2+), Tailwind and core technologies such as HTML5, CSS4, JavaScript (ES6+), and Typescript

3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies

1+ years of experience in SQL database

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

Experience in the financial services industry

Experience designing and implementingmicrofrontend architectures

Experience withAWS servicessuch as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFormation, etc.

Exposure to other front-end frameworks (React, Vue)

Salary Range

$90,000.00 - $158,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
