Agile Program Manager
, you'll oversee program execution, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment with mission objectives while driving Agile best practices across multiple teams.
This position is open to candidates in the DC and surrounding areas. Potential for future remote work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Agile program oversight across multiple workstreams
Align backlogs with strategic priorities
Manage cost, schedule, and performance
Interface with Senior Leadership
Lead cross-team planning
Oversee technical writing, meeting documentation, and action item tracking for leadership reviews
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Active Secret Clearance, or ability to acquire one
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent and 9+ years of related experience
9+ years of program/project management experience in IT or data-focused programs
Experience managing >$10M/year programs
Strong experience in Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
Proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams)
Experience with supporting Federal or DHS Programs
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders in a complex program environment
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or PMI-ACP certification
Experience in Data/AI Programs
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
