You will be the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor for the team. Our team is responsible for manufacturing planning and supervision.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the manufacturing planning process. You will work closely with the production team to ensure efficient and effective production planning.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and coordinating the manufacturing planning process

Working closely with the production team to ensure efficient and effective production planning

Developing and implementing manufacturing plans and schedules

Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and cost-effective production

Analyzing and resolving production planning issues

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education

• Must have or be able to obtain a security

clearance

• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels

of management, industry peers, a represented

workforce and internal and external customers

• Demonstrated proficient knowledge of computer

systems, databases, and programs

• Previous leadership experience

• Understand the management of budgets

• Related experience in material handling, control

systems and Enterprise Resource (ERP) systems

Desired Skills:

• Experience supporting Material Management and

Accounting System (MMAS)

• Black Belt trained / certified

• APICS Certified in Production and Inventory

• Management (CPIM) certification

• Ability to understand engineering drawings and

parts lists

• Knowledge of industry wide best practices and

processes for managing material flow

throughout the entire production supply chain

• Inventory control and material handling

knowledge

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience with SAP

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
