Temp to Hire Position Overview: We are looking for a dependable Millwork Material Handler to support operations by transporting raw materials and finished goods within our indoor warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in keeping production moving smoothly and efficiently - perfect for someone who takes pride in hard work and enjoys being hands-on. Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport raw materials and finished products between machinery, equipment, and storage areas Load and unload inventory as needed Use basic math to complete measurements and follow product specifications Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow OSHA safety guidelines and internal safety programs May assist in reporting on production, quality, and inventory processes May help with training others or working with the sales team to support custom orders Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications:
Required: High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work in a physically active environment Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills Ability to ask questions and stay engaged during training Reliable attendance and accountability Preferred:
3+ years of experience in a warehouse or similar manufacturing role Technical certification or associate degree a plus Work Environment & Requirements:
