Description

Northern Rivers Family of Services has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, licensed clinician as the Clinical Director for our Residential Services program. Northern Rivers Family of Services is a provider of a wide array of behavioral health and child welfare services with a reputation for quality work and commitment to our communities.

The Clinical Director is the backbone of the treatment team that keeps trauma informed care and practices at the heart of our service. The Director oversees the clinical services in our residential program which address the needs of our youth and families beyond their day-to-day behaviors and looks towards their personal and family goals for a healthier future. This role also serves as a sounding board and consultant to our residential staff and other service providers as we provide 24/7 care for the youth when a family is not able to.

This position includes a $7,500 Sign on Bonus. You will report to the Executive Clinical Director for Foster Care and Residential and you will work onsite. Responsibilities:

Provide administrative oversight for the clinical portion of the RTF program, including record-keeping and regulation compliance.

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the proper clinical services for children and families placed in the residential center.

Lead, educate and promote therapeutic, strength-based work with youth, staff and families through a trauma-informed lens.

Provide direct clinical services to clients when necessary.

Must be willing to attend meetings in the community including family homes.

Provide clinical supervision, training, and support to all members of the clinical team, including professional development.

Provide oversight of required protocols and documentation related to treatment planning to ensure compliance.

Coordinate and monitor step down and discharge planning.

Responsible for hiring, training and orienting new employees, and conducting performance appraisals.

Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all required documents.

Requirements and Education:

Master’s degree

Five to seven years of related experience

At least 2 years experience providing clinical supervision

LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or related Professional licensure

Must pass a physical and background check.
