Position Overview
Experienced Data Analyst will provide expert data analysis and interpretation services that support business decisions and program evaluations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements, develop data products, and provide actionable insights.
Essential Job Function
- Develop, maintain, and ensure the integrity of the TMX-PIO Scrum Tool database, other databases, data systems, and data visualizations to support data analysis and reporting requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data products to communicate complex data insights to TMX-PIO stakeholders, including program managers, executives, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct statistical analysis and data modeling to support business decisions and program evaluations, including data mining, predictive analytics, and data visualization.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues, and develop solutions to improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, including data validation, data cleansing, and data normalization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, develop data products, and provide training and support to ensure effective use of data products and tools.
- Stay current with new tools, technologies, and methodologies in data analysis and visualization, and apply this knowledge to improve data analysis and visualization capabilities, including the development of new data products, reports, and dashboards.
- Minimum of 7.5 years of experience in data analysis
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
