Data Analyst position for Mitchell Martin, Inc. located in Omaha, NE (Onsite). This is a Contract role with pay range $51.45-$73.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements for data solutions.
• Translate business needs into user stories and specifications.
• Collect, clean, and validate data for accuracy.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports and visualizations.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data infrastructure support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data or computer science, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in a data-driven role.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, BI, and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices.
