- Pay Rate: $54.22/Hour
What You\'ll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, provide insights, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Analyze business and financial data to provide actionable recommendations for automation and process improvements.
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights.
- Support metrics development for key outcomes like customer retention, propensity to convert, and churn prediction.
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support analytical and operational needs.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated quantitative models to improve decision-making by analyzing historical data and conducting scenario analysis.
Skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Programming Languages: Strong experience with SQL for querying and managing data, and expertise in Python or similar programming languages for data analysis and modeling.
- Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to approach complex problems methodically, analyze data critically, and deliver actionable insights.
- Experience with Data Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent for creating compelling and informative visualizations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies and metrics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimentation design. (optional)
