Responsibilities

• Lead data insights projects and manage team delivery to meet schedule and scope objectives
• Collect and analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Design and build dashboards and reports for various organizational levels, including executives
• Present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
• Mentor and guide junior data analysts and engineers, fostering their development

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis
• Expert-level experience in dashboard design and data visualization, particularly with Tableau and Power BI
• Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL) and strong Excel skills
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Tableau and/or Power BI
• Experience with machine learning techniques and familiarity with frameworks like Keras or PyTorch
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and Agile methodology
• Experience in the defense or government sector
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
