Door-to-Door Window Sales Representative
Mr Premium Windows, We are a fast-growing window company dedicated to providing homeowners with high-quality, energy-efficient, and affordable window solutions. With a strong reputation for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our sales team to bring our products directly to local neighborhoods.
Job Description:
As a Door-to-Door Window Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company. You’ll engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods, educate them about the benefits of upgrading their windows, and schedule in-home consultations or close sales directly. This is a people-focused role, perfect for motivated self-starters who enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and being rewarded for their effort.
Responsibilities:
• Canvass residential neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our window products.
• Present features, benefits, and pricing of our energy-efficient windows.
• Generate leads and schedule in-home appointments.
• Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments.
Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience preferred (door-to-door or home improvement sales a plus), but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and confident personality.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits:
$15/hr to start
• Competitive commission structure (earnings potential: $60,000–$100,000+ per year).
• Performance bonuses and incentives.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 2pm-7pm
Flexible Saturdays 10am-3pm
