Overview

The Data Analyst will support DHS CISA by analyzing and visualizing data to provide actionable insights that advance mission objectives and modernization goals.

Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid)

Clearance: Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability clearance, as required by federal contract.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support leadership decision-making.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform mission and operational strategies.
• Ensure compliance with DHS, NIST, and federal data handling standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and optimize data-driven performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
