Banking Physical Security Systems & Case Management Project Manager

for our client partner in

Raleigh, NC . You will own security system projects from design to closeout. You will scope, plan, and deliver access control, video surveillance, intrusion alarms, and related infrastructure for branches and corporate offices. You will coordinate architects, GCs, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep scope, schedule, and budget on track, then lead commissioning, testing, and handover. What You’ll Do Design, plan, coordinate, and implement access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems for branch and office projects. Conduct site surveys and create system designs, device layouts, and bills of materials. Review drawings, specs, and submittals for accuracy and alignment to requirements. Track schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables, escalate issues early, and drive resolution. Coordinate vendors, installers, and internal teams to maintain timelines and quality. Maintain project documentation, progress logs, and concise status reports for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, codes, and best practices. Lead or support commissioning, integrated testing, punch lists, training, and final handover. You Have 4+ years in physical security systems project management or security systems engineering. Hands-on experience with access control, VMS, and intrusion platforms. Examples: LenelS2, Genetec, OnGuard, Avigilon, Milestone, Brivo, DMP, Bosch, Honeywell. Ability to read construction drawings, create device layouts, and review submittals. Strong vendor management, scheduling, and budget tracking skills. Familiarity with cabling infrastructure, low-voltage standards, and construction site safety. Clear written and verbal communication, strong stakeholder management, and issue escalation discipline. Nice to Have Financial institution or multi-site retail project experience. Certifications such as PSP, PMP, NICET, or manufacturer credentials. Experience with case or project management tools and basic cost control. Success Metrics Projects delivered on time and within budget. Zero critical audit findings or code compliance issues. First-time pass rate for commissioning and integrated testing. Clear, timely status reporting and stakeholder satisfaction. Travel:
