Job Description

This role requires a high level of organization, coordination with external and internal parties, and solid time management skills. The individual must be able to work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external providers and build consensus.

The Sales Data Analyst is responsible for data quality and high-level analysis.

Responsibilities

Master Data Management:

  • Maintain master database such as customer profile, territory, employee, and target information and continuously seek ways for enhancement
  • Conduct routine customer data matching and mapping validation
  • Routinely monitor data accuracy and system usage

Engagement:

  • Regularly work with commercial and sales team to improve data collection, validation, and reporting processes to drive both speed and accurate delivery
  • Work with BE Manager to process quarterly territory and HCP target group setting information in the system
  • Super user of BI and CRM able to answer queries and questions regarding system use
  • Be point of contact and expert on Veeva/BI for the other BE Managers and Veeva/SOA

Customer Segmentation/Profiling:

  • Customer Profiling Management for CRM. Ensuring data is collected to allow segmentation and targeting strategies are implemented.
  • Track sales force performance

Qualifications

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-year experience in working with “big data”/analytics
  • Fluent in written and oral English
  • Proficiency in MS application
  • CRM and IT experience are preferred
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong analytical and consultancy skills and business acumen
  • Self-starter attitude and a history of quickly and smoothly executing complex projects with minimal guidance.
  • Strong bias for action and results orientation
