Job Description
Setup, programming, and troubleshooting wire EDM, CNC mills, and CNC grinders Interface with clients to understand custom product specifications Collaborate with quality department to ensure component specifications Create BOMs, ECNs, and SOPs Develop most efficient manufacturing processes for NPI efforts MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience Experience with CAD/CAM softwares (AutoCAD, MasterCAM, SolidWorks) Strong practical GD&T knowledge Experience with setup, programming, and troubleshooting wire EDM, CNC mills, and CNC grinders Proven track record leading NPI efforts What's on Offer
Base salary up to $115,000 based on experience Safe Harbor 401(K) match up to 4% 3+ weeks PTO BCBS medical, dental, vision insurance options Sign on bonus
