Ericsson seeks a Data Scientist Financial Analyst (Financial Analyst) in Plano, Texas; hybrid work policy w/in commuting distance, who will serve to support the business with HRMS data quality in association to job role, positions, and other data management by developing relevant dashboard, making information easily accessible to project managers.

What you will do:

Provide business analytics, operational improvement ideas, and transformation support to the region. Support and drive business transformation, cost improvements, and operational excellence as aligned with the region and other supporting organizations by presenting and analyzing the findings in comprehensive reports. Develop close working relationship with the leader and other supporting organizations. Provide financial support in alignment with Finance, which includes, annual budgets, labor rates, utilization, regional profitability, and business cases. Ensure that the business is operating within its targets, financial expectations, targeted pyramid, and span of control using data-based conclusions and programing languages like SQL. Support the business in the preparation and consolidation of LT presentations, MBR, and other relevant key messages to leadership and employees by translating raw data into information in form of data visualizations. Work with peers in Business Operations to ensure consistent, improved, accurate ways of working by bring in more automation, reducing manual ways of reporting.

You will bring:

Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in IT, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related field and at least 1 graduate level internship involving each of the following: performing statistics and data analysis; utilizing programming languages: Python and SQL; using visualization tool, Tableau; and performing financial analysis for implementing and deploying scalable solutions.
