Key responsibilities:
Support with personal care tasks: bathing, dressing, toileting, eating
Mobility assistance: lifting, transferring, walking support
Light housekeeping and laundry
Preparing nutritious meals
Companionship, engagement, and supervision
Timely medication reminders and care documentation
Transport clients to appointments and errands as needed
To qualify, you’ll need:
Have a valid PCA, HHA, or CNA certificate in the state of Virginia
Active CPR certification
Current negative TB test
Ability to pass a background screening
Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance (optional)
Physically able to lift 25 lbs. and help with transfers (optional)
