Travel Key Responsibilities : • Manage day-to-day and long-term planning of patient care area • Direct, develop, coach, and discipline nursing staff • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams • Provide physical and psychological support to patients and families • Oversee personnel functions: scheduling, assigning, orienting, appraising performance • Contribute to strategic planning, quality, and productivity standards • Manage nursing financials, including budgeting, expenditures, and variances • Develop/update policies and procedures in accordance with state and facility guidelines • Ensure quality of care, patient safety, and compliance with state board of nursing • Supervise patient care delivery and foster a compassionate environment • Support patient independence via goal-setting, teaching, and counseling • Monitor and maintain medical equipment, supplies, and infection control standards • Maintain professional development through workshops, publications, and professional societies • Foster cooperation and communication across health care teams • Certifications (must be AHA-issued): - ACLS - BLS - PALS - NRP - TNCC • Wyoming RN License or Multi-state RN License • Minimum of 2 years of House Supervisor experience in a hospital setting About Nationwide Therapy Group
