As a member of the Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team, you will collaborate closely with our customers to design, implement, and manage comprehensive AWS solutions tailored to their technical specifications and business objectives. Your expertise will play a vital role in driving customer success in their cloud journey, providing technical guidance and best practices throughout the entire project lifecycle. With a strong understanding of AWS products and services, you will excel at architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions that align with each customer's unique requirements. You will engage with stakeholders to gather insights, evaluate existing infrastructures, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. As a trusted advisor, you will offer invaluable guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions. As part of our ProServe organization, you will join a global team of experts committed to helping customers achieve their desired business outcomes with AWS Cloud. Collaborating with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN), you will execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives, providing support through a variety of offerings that lead to successful cloud adoption. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies. Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and the creation of reusable artifacts. Basic Qualifications
2+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience with one of the following programming languages/technologies: Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C, or C++. Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in a variety of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation). Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 2+ years of experience in software development or application engineering, with recent coding experience in modern programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, React, and more. Experience with source control repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, SVN). Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools, like Jenkins, Bamboo, and TeamCity. Exposure to APIs, microservices, and distributed application architectures. Experience with AWS CloudFormation, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible in production environments. The base pay for this position ranges from $88,400 to $192,600 per year, depending on the geographic market and candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience.
