Industrial Maintenance Technician - Great Benefits

Key Responsibilities: Adhere to all safety policies and PPE requirements to maintain a safe working environment. Set up machines for production needs by examining controls and performing necessary plate changeovers. Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure optimal performance. Repair mechanical components and replace parts such as bearings, filters, and electrical components. Diagnose issues by observing and listening to operational devices. Dismantle machines as necessary to access and replace defective parts. Adjust functional parts and instruments to ensure proper operation. Inspect used parts for dimensional changes and maintain accurate records. Maintain cleanliness and lubrication of machinery to meet preventive maintenance standards. Document and track production changeover times and maintain work order efficiency. Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout, to ensure a secure working environment. Take on other maintenance-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent training. Ability to read and understand manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Proficiency in using precision measuring tools like amps and electric meters. Basic knowledge of equipment systems and troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills in varied situations. Basic math skills for performing calculations with decimals and fractions. Professionalism and personal responsibility in performing duties. Electrical experience is a plus.
