What does an Order Builder do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Responsibilities

• As a member of our Warehouse team, help ensure that customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our products.
• Build delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.
• Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s).
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery.
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s).
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Complete training requirements and restock product in picking areas as needed.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive

Base pay range is $19.75/hr plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
