Position: Merchandiser

What does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca-Cola?

• Ensure all Swire Coca-Cola customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations.
• Maintain back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola.

Job Details:

Schedule: 6:30am – 3:00pm (+ overtime and weekends required)

Pay: $21.76/hr

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves daily with labels facing outward for clear purchases.
• Rotate products to ensure product quality using a first-in, first-out stocking system.
• Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store as directed by supervisor and store management.
• Utilize technology and applications throughout the day.
• Maintain and organize back rooms and back stock areas in a safely accessible manner.
• Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within routes; business use vehicle insurance required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Compensation: Base pay range is $21.76 – $28.13 per hour plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision; union pension with employer contributions; sick pay; holidays; vacation; and bereavement and jury duty eligibility.
