Day-to-day tasks:

The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following: • Develop Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers • Develop batch application using .net, oracle • Plan and design the structure of a technology solution • Communicate software requirements to app dev team members • Develop software with modern web development frameworks

The consultant will adhere to NYSIF's application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process.

Systems Architect

Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.

84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months of experience with development, and maintenance of software to support Workers' compensation insurance processes, including implementation of workers' compensation insurance proof of coverage following IAIABC guidelines. 84 months' experience in development and support of software solutions for billing and collections process, including accounts receivable management and compliance with regulatory requirements. 84 months experience in development and implementation of software related to policy premium calculation following the guidelines and regulations for Workers' Compensation Insurance in New York State and also implementing policy renewals, rebills and audits 84 months experience in Oracle development using PL/SQLDeveloper to implement the following: triggers, functions, stored procedures, packages, view, cursor, file processing and advanced query optimization. This experience must be in the development of applications for State Workers' Compensation industry,ensuring compliance with industry regulations and supporting efficient policy management and premium calculations. 84 months experience as .Net application developer -TFS, visual studio with visual studio 2019 or newer. The candidate must have experience in designing , developing and maintaining .NET applications ensuring high performance scalability and adherence to compensation industry best practices. 84 months experience with web browser application development using Javascript, CSS, XML, Xslt, html and AJAX. The Candidate must have experience in designing, developing and maintaining interactive and responsive web applications ensuring cross-browser compaitiblity, performance optimization and adherence to compensation industry best practices. 48 months experience with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas) Resume Copy of Candidate Information Any documents referenced in the above Requested Qualifications
