Summary

The CMMS Manager is responsible for leading the configuration, governance, training, and optimization of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in alignment with the Liberty Coca-Cola system standards. This role ensures accurate master data management, drives system compliance and consistency across multiple manufacturing facilities, and supports strategic asset care initiatives. The CMMS Manager plays a key role in standardizing processes, commissioning new systems and storerooms, and reporting maintenance performance to leadership.

System Setup and Governance

  • Configure CMMS to Liberty Coca-Cola specifications and align with business and operational needs.
  • Serve as the system subject matter expert (SME) and Business Process Leader (BPL) for SAP PM and Osapiens platforms.
  • Commission and implement CMMS systems and storeroom processes across all facilities.
  • Create, document, and enforce standardized CMMS processes and procedures across all facilities.
Process Standardization
  • Develop and implement uniform maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution workflows across all manufacturing sites.
  • Create and maintain standardized PM plan creation methods, work order processes, and part management practices.
  • Establish consistent data governance and usage practices across all plants.
Training and Support
  • Train end users at all levels, from planners and technicians to managers, on CMMS usage and best practices.
  • Create clear and concise SOPs and One Point Lessons (OPLs) for all system-related functions.
  • Provide system support, troubleshooting, and ongoing coaching to ensure consistent adoption.
Audit and Compliance
  • Conduct regular audits of system usage, data integrity, and process compliance across all locations.
  • Audit and maintain master data accuracy, including assets, BOMs, PMs, and spare parts.
  • Ensure adherence to CMMS usage standards and escalate systemic issues as needed.
Performance Monitoring
  • Track and analyze Key Business Indicators (KBIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance system usage, plant asset performance, and overall maintenance effectiveness.
  • Generate and present monthly CMMS performance reports to the Director of Asset Care.
Spare Parts and Inventory Management
  • Support storeroom teams in standardizing spare parts management, storage, and replenishment practices.
  • Ensure accurate setup of material master data and alignment of parts usage across the enterprise.
  • Oversee storeroom setup and system integration during new plant commissioning.
Qualifications

Required:
  • 5+ years of CMMS management experience in a manufacturing environment (SAP PM preferred).
  • Proven experience in standardizing maintenance systems across multi-site operations.
  • Deep understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance principles.
  • Proficiency in training, auditing, and implementing policy and procedure.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.
Preferred:
  • Experience with CMMS add-on platforms.
  • Background in beverage or food manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with storeroom design, part setup, and new plant commissioning.
