NEXT Door & Window is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors in our Schaumburg, Mettawa, Lake in the Hills, Naperville, Plainfield, and Oak Brook warehouses.

NEXT Door & Window has been serving Chicagoland homeowners for over 20 years and has an excellent reputation in the market. NEXT recently received the BBB Torch Award for business ethics based on our high standards and exceptional performance. We are planning for significant growth this year from an exciting new partnership with Costco and an expanded local event marketing schedule. NEXT offers a highly collaborative, rewarding work environment and we encourage our team members to expand their skillset and pursue new opportunities within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Costco shoppers, initiate conversations about window and door replacement needs, and help schedule a free in-home estimate.
• Distribute marketing materials, share valuable information, and build relationships.
• Maintain energy and resilience, accepting that not every conversation yields an immediate result, and create new opportunities from conversations.

Compensation & Benefits

• $19.00 per hour plus $35 for each appointment set
• Quarterly sales revenue share incentives; additional $50$600 biweekly dependent on lead performance
• Robust performance-based bonus structure; uncapped commissions

Basic Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses
• Ability to stand or sit for 8+ hours daily
• Able to work a varying schedule (hours/warehouse locations)
• Weekend availability required
