WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE VICTORVILLE COSTCO LOCATION!

Seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors! This is a fantastic opportunity selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol & Zena.

Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our NEW Organic Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products!

Available Demo Hours: 10am-5:30pm, all days available. Saturdays and Sundays are the BEST commission days!

This sales job is ideal for those looking to supplement their income with part-time work.

Compensation:

• Starting at $22-$25 an hour plus BONUS based on surpassing sales quotas
• W-2 Employment
• We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit!
• Average brand ambassadors earn $200-$300 per day; top performers make $300+ per day!

Bonus Payout:

We have several products in Costco, usually four or five on display. Below is the bonus structure, reflecting potential earnings. Shifts start at 10am and end at 5:30pm you earn credit for sales made that day. This includes an additional 3 hours Costco is open for customer purchases.

• Sell 20 Liquid Turmeric, earn $60 in commission
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen, earn $60 in commission
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale), earn $15 in commission
• One day / 7 hrs at $24/hr plus commission = $303, which equals $43/hr
• This is a part-time sales position with daily sales expectations.

Responsibilities include:

• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company professionally at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Dem.
• Check messages regularly for scheduling and communication from your manager.
• Participate in scheduled paid compliance calls with the team or regional manager.
• Lift up to 30 pounds several times per day, including demonstration tables and products.
• Carry demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your car at each shift.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Work independently as the sole team member at each location.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and converse with customers.
• Experience in direct sales.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills, including email.

Additional Information:

• Weekly bonus structures vary; details provided weekly.
• Shift days and hours change weekly based on demo availability.
• Bonuses are earned once sales quotas are met during shifts; capped at 100 units daily.
• Purchasing items to meet quotas is prohibited and could lead to termination.
