WE'RE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE Miami Lakes COSTCO! Seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors. This is a fantastic opportunity selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol & Zena. The role involves representing and promoting these products at Costco, with training provided to demonstrate features, benefits, and value of products including NEW Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products.

Available demo hours are 10am–5:30pm. All days are available, with weekends noted as the BEST commission days. This sales job is ideal for people seeking to supplement their income with part-time work.

Company information: Direct Demo/Costco is hiring for a part-time direct sales position in a large retail environment. This role requires the ability to drive sales, meet goals, and work with Costco members.

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate nutritional supplement products provided by suppliers (Qunol, Zena) to Costco members.
• Encourage sales and clearly present product features, benefits, and value.
• Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Engage with customers to meet or exceed sales quotas; participate in scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
• Maintain readiness to lift and move demonstration materials, set up folding tables, and carry products and supplies as needed.
• Work independently and as the sole or primary team member at a given location when required.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting pay: $22–$25 per hour plus bonuses based on surpassing sale quotas.
• W-2 employment.
• Promotional kit provided; bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit.
• Average earnings: $200–$300 per day; top ambassadors $300+ per day.
• Bonus payout structure for selling specific products (examples below) with shifts from 10am–5:30pm.
• Potential earnings example: 1 day (7 hours with the listed hours) at $25/hr plus commission = $310 total (~$44/hour).

Bonus & Product Focus

• Sell 20 Liquid Turmeric earns $60 in commission.
• Sell 20 Liquid Colagen earns $60 in commission.
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) earns $15 in commission.
• Overall incentive is tied to daily sales during Costco hours.
