Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Systems Administrator to manage and support the technology infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our production systems, enterprise applications, and network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Systems Management Maintain and optimize servers, workstations, and network hardware (LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, routers). Administer Windows and Linux environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and file/print services. Oversee backups, disaster recovery planning, and system redundancy. Manufacturing Systems Support

Provide technical support for ERP/MRP systems implementation, PLCs, SCADA, MES, and other production-related software. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate IT with manufacturing equipment and automation systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting production uptime. Cybersecurity & Compliance

Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols, including endpoint protection, patch management, and access controls. Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal IT policies. User Support & Training

Provide support to staff across departments. Train users in new technologies, security awareness, and best practices. Implement and manage a helpdesk system and ensure timely resolution. Project Management

Lead IT projects including system upgrades and implementation, network expansions, and software deployments. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency. Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and cybersecurity. Experience with ERP systems and industrial control systems. Working Conditions:

On-site role in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Occasional after-hours support and on-call responsibilities. Physical ability to access equipment in production areas. Benefits:

Salary Description

$75,000-$120,000
