Your role is essential in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. You will work within established procedures, supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives to help us deliver operational excellence.**What You’ll Do:*** Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts, equipment, and supplies against work orders and shipping documentation.* Store materials properly in designated areas, ensuring accurate inventory counts and organization.* Pick, pack, and prepare parts and finished goods for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.* Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels.* Support warehouse organization, including staging, labeling, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.* Support the shipping and receiving process, including documentation, labeling, and proper handling of materials.* Load and unload trucks as required, inspecting inbound items at the time of unloading and completing necessary paperwork during dock operations.* Operate forklift trucks and other basic material handling and packaging equipment.* Lift and move parts and other items, frequently weighing fifty pounds or more, unaided, and heavier loads with aids such as a hand truck.* Load, unload, and distribute materials carried on shuttle trucks as needed, and drive shuttle trucks between buildings.* Assist with general warehouse duties, including housekeeping, parts handling, and inventory management.* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, efficiency, and accuracy.* Perform other duties as assigned to support production and logistics.**Team:*** You will be part of Coperion’s warehouse and logistics team in Sidney, Ohio, working alongside warehouse operators, inventory clerks, and production staff.
