Work Schedule:

100 % FTE, Full-time Monday-Friday. Day shift hours varying 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will work in General Pediatrics at the N Bell School Rd Medical Center in Rockford, IL and the Rochelle Clinic in Rochelle, IL.

We are currently seeking a

Medical Assistant (RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT)

to:

Provide oversight to the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations (OPPE) and Focused Professional Practice Evaluations (FPPE) for Medical Staff and other accrediting body requirements, utilizing quality data base(s) to maintain and provide necessary data for committees and teams assisting in quality control activities. Oversee Medical Staff Quality and Safety Committee and subcommittees and prepare information for presentation and required follow-up. Support clinical improvement processes and CQI philosophy throughout the organization. Additional components of compensation may include:

Graduate of an accredited Associate degree or Medical Assistant program or a minimum of 5 years experience in addition to military training. Required Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience

At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting. Preferred Computer experience. Required Licenses & Certifications

RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification is required upon hire. Required Bi-Annual CPR certification. Required Active RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification must be maintained. Required
