Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of order fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Supervise inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment with an emphasis on speed and quality control.
- Monitor and control inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
- Assign daily tasks and provide leadership to warehouse staff and temporary employees to ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement and enforce SOP to maintain productivity, quality, and compliance.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and maintain high service levels.
- Ensure accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and manage stock replenishments.
- Track and report daily operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and improve order accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure sensitive products like skincare, cosmetics, and liquids are stored and packed correctly according to product guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing operations in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of logistics and last-mile delivery expectations.
- Experience in supervising and leading warehouse teams.
- Strong understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to generate reports.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification (optional, depending on the operation).
- Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
The base pay range for this role is between $65,000 - $80,000 per year, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
