Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of order fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
  • Supervise inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure accurate order fulfillment with an emphasis on speed and quality control.
  • Monitor and control inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
  • Assign daily tasks and provide leadership to warehouse staff and temporary employees to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Implement and enforce SOP to maintain productivity, quality, and compliance.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and maintain high service levels.
  • Ensure accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and manage stock replenishments.
  • Track and report daily operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and improve order accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure sensitive products like skincare, cosmetics, and liquids are stored and packed correctly according to product guidelines.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing operations in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and last-mile delivery expectations.
  • Experience in supervising and leading warehouse teams.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to generate reports.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forklift certification (optional, depending on the operation).
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

The base pay range for this role is between $65,000 - $80,000 per year, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
