Job Summary We're expanding our telehealth program and need licensed therapists in Washington to join our care team. As a remote therapist, you'll provide accessible counseling services to individuals and families, helping them strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and work toward long-term emotional well-being. You'll have the freedom of remote work combined with the reliability of a consistent schedule.
Schedule & Compensation Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM $100,000 - $110,000 annually Benefits included Responsibilities
Deliver therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms Create structured, client-centered treatment plans Track outcomes and revise care plans as necessary Collaborate with colleagues for coordinated care delivery Document services accurately and in compliance with standards Requirements
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy Washington license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) Minimum 2 years of therapy experience Strong telehealth communication skills Commitment to evidence-based care Benefits
